Dominic Wenger
Dominic Wenger discovered his love of photography during his apprenticeship as a graphic designer. His images are characterized by his play with shapes and symmetry, capturing people in their familiar surroundings. While completing his training, he also worked on a number of freelance projects as a reportage photographer, including his photo series “Unter Männern” (Among Men) about the Zurich men's shelter “Herberge zur Heimat.” After completing his training as a graphic designer, he decided to pursue his passion for reportage photography and graduated from MAZ – the Swiss School of Journalism – with a degree in photography in February 2020. Since then, he has been working as a freelance photographer, dedicating himself to commissions and personal projects that address social issues that concern him in everyday life.
